1. Agreement
By creating an account or using TrendEmber, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us of unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and may not use the service where prohibited by law.
3. Service and public data
TrendEmber helps you search, monitor, analyze, and export publicly available social-media information. Results depend on third-party sources and may be incomplete, delayed, changed, or removed. You are responsible for verifying results and for using them in compliance with applicable law and platform rules.
4. Usage units and payments
New accounts may receive promotional units. Each one-time USD 5 top-up adds 250 usage units, which do not expire while the account remains active. Dodo Payments processes top-ups as merchant of record; taxes and payment methods vary by location. Failed tasks do not consume units. A refund or payment dispute may remove unused units associated with that purchase; units already consumed are not restored.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use TrendEmber to break the law, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, harass people, make unlawful automated decisions, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, resell access without permission, or collect data that is not lawfully available to you.
6. Ownership and third-party services
TrendEmber and its software, branding, and original content remain owned by their respective operator or licensors. You retain rights in content you lawfully submit. Social platforms, data providers, payment services, and linked websites are independent third parties with their own terms and availability.
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees that every result will be accurate or continuously available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for TrendEmber during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Suspension, changes, and contact
We may suspend access to protect users, comply with law, address non-payment, or stop abuse. You may stop using the service at any time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. Mandatory consumer protections and applicable law continue to apply.
