Do I need a subscription?
No. TrendEmber is prepaid and pay-as-you-go. There is no monthly subscription or recurring minimum charge.
How do top-ups work?
Each one-time $5 top-up adds 250 usage units to your balance. You can top up again whenever you need more.
Do usage units expire?
No. Purchased units and signup bonus units remain in your account until you use them.
Can I try TrendEmber before paying?
Yes. New accounts receive 100 usage units after signup, with no payment card required.
What happens when a query fails?
Failed queries do not consume units. For variable-cost tasks, unused reserved units are released automatically after settlement.
How will I know what a task costs?
Every workflow shows its maximum unit cost before it runs. Variable jobs settle to the actual successful usage.
Which platforms are supported?
TrendEmber supports public-data workflows across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and X. Available fields depend on the platform and public source.
Who processes the payment?
One-time top-ups are securely processed through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Available payment methods and taxes may vary by location.
